About the Company

Our client is an award-winning agency who due to their continued success and growth, are looking for their latest SEO Account Manager. The company is looking for an ambitious SEO who is keen to take the lead on day-to-day contact with clients and progress to an SEO Account Director position and beyond.

SEO Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the SEO Account Director, as SEO Account Manager your main responsibilities will include overseeing the work of your team and supporting them in providing quality SEO to our clients. Additionally, you will:

  • Take ownership of the development and delivery of strategies across accounts throughout the agency, with support from the SEO Account Director and Head of SEO.
  • Use your skills and experience to aid in the development of the SEO Executives in your team.
  • Take the lead on day-to-day contact with clients, providing them with consistent high-end optimisations, reports, and recommendations.
  • Be responsible for your own development as you work toward the SEO Senior Account Manager position.
  • As the SEO Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a truly exciting roster of clients across a wide variety of industries.

 

Skills and Experience

The company is committed to the development of its team through individually tailored, internal and external training, but does ask that you have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
  • Confidence to work with clients and build lasting relationships, as you understand best how to meet their SEO needs.
  • Well-rounded SEO skills and the ability to implement simultaneous, successful SEO campaigns across a variety of verticals.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO.
  • Agency background (ideal).
  • Experience in account management (desirable).
  • Either an SEO Executive looking to step up to an SEO Account Manager position, or someone with experience at SEO Manager level looking for an opportunity to work at an SEO focused agency, to continue to learn from the best and work on an exciting roster of clients.
