Location: London/ Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Bonus

If you’re an SEO Account Manager or Associate SEO Account Director ready to take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to work at an international but independent agency on some truly exciting SEO clients.

 

SEO Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As SEO Account Director, your responsibilities will include taking ownership of a number of key client accounts and continuing the growth and development of their team. Additionally, you will:

  • Work alongside the Head of SEO to formulate and execute results driven SEO strategies.
  • Managing and training of SEO Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Overseen the quality of the SEO work for your clients.
  • Deliver and execute road maps, project plans and forecasts for clients to demonstrate the value and potential of the company’s services.
  • Being the main point of contacts for all things SEO (although Client Services handle the majority of admin heavy work, client communications and pushbacks, leaving you more time to focus on your work).
  • Still being proactive in your work and taking a hands-on approach to providing clients with the highest level of SEO service.

 

Skills and Experience

The company is committed to the personal development of its team by supporting them through individually tailored, internal and external training to maintain their status as an industry leader; but does ask that you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
  • Confidence in building and developing relationships with clients and understanding best how to meet their SEO needs.
  • Well-rounded SEO skills: technical SEO, on-page, content creation and link building.
  • Proficiency in technical SEO is especially desirable for this role.
  • Experienced with Excel and Analytics tools.
  • Experience managing SEO teams is desirable.
  • Experience working with Java React is ideal, but not essential.
