Job Title: Senior Technical SEO Manager

Location: Hybrid / Leeds / London

Salary: £37,000 – £55,000 (+ Discretionary Bonus)

Senior Technical SEO Manager Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical SEO Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with the business’s most prestigious clients, supporting all key SEO deliverables and driving strategy for client accounts. Additionally, you will:

  • Working alongside the SEO Content Strategy Manager to deliver expert SEO strategy to the high spend clients you will be working with.
  • Use your expertise in SEO to lead in client calls and meetings and supporting the sales team with new business pitches.
  • Analyse key data and provide actionable insights from your statistical analysis.
  • Being responsible for your client accounts, identifying and proposing key growth opportunities.
  • Provide support for the development of the Leads and Executives in the SEO team.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team, to reduce your admin, freeing up more time to provide on-site technical SEO expertise to clients.

 

Skills and Experience

The company is committed to the personal development of its team by supporting them through individually tailored training, but does ask that you have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SEO, and a good understanding of Technical SEO and running Technical Audits*.
  • Confident in working with other departments within the business and with clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to use advanced Excel formulas.
  • Good understanding of website markup (i.e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Experience working as part of an agency (desirable).
  • Deep Crawl Experience (desirable).

*Experience in SEO in a previous role may have been as an SEO Account Manager, SEO Lead, SEO Account Executive, Senior SEO Account Executive, or something similar.
