Location: Manchester.

Work Environment: Hybrid/ Remote – Only occasional office attendance required.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000.

An international, digital agency are looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to join their Manchester office and take a strategic lead on multiple high-level client accounts.

Senior SEO Strategist Role & Responsibilities

As Senior SEO Strategist you will work be integral to the SEO strategy of key client accounts. Additionally, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading SEO strategy creation to maximize ROI for a portfolio of 4-6 key clients.
• Working closely with other digital teams within the agency, to ensure omni-channel campaigns are aligned.
• Directly managing 1 SEO Executive (with potential for more if you choose as you progress) and delegating tasks within the SEO team to meet client deadlines.
• Briefing copywriters, Technical SEOs, and Digital PR Specialists to ensure work aligns with client expectations.
• Working closely with the SEO Lead, to ensure consistent SEO strategy within the SEO team.

Your Skills & Experience

The agency is committed to offering you time and support for further training and development, and prides itself as a leader in training, development, and progression. The business does ask that you have:

• 3+ years of SEO experience.
• Direct line management experience
• Experience with the standard SEO tools such as GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience working with retainers of £5,000+.
