The Company

A fully remote working, Google Ads Specialist Agency that specialises in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands, is looking for an SEA manager to join them in supporting their clients in the German market leverage the power of Google Ads across Search, Shopping, and YouTube.

This role is completely remote working. You can be based anywhere in the world, as long as you work during typical German working hours and can speak German to a native level.

 

SEA Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the new SEA Manager your work will be focused on optimising campaign performance for a range of clients, predominantly in the D2C space, on full-funnel campaigns on Performance KPIs (ROI, ROAS, Revenue, Sales etc.)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Set up, activate, analyse, optimise and report on SEA campaigns, specifically Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Manage and adjust budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, keywords, and ads.
  • Analyse performance, using tools like Google Analytics to track user behaviour and conversion paths.
  • Act as the main point of contract for multiple clients.
  • Prepare and present regularly performance reports, explaining technical marketing concepts and campaign optimisations to clients.

 

Your Experience & Skills

You will have a personal career progression plan exclusively tailored by your team lead, and an individual development budget to attend conferences and partake in courses. The company does, however, ask that you have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in SEA, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and experience with implementing Shopify tracking are all essential for this role.
  • GDN and YouTube ads experience are also nice-to-have, but not essential for this role.
  • Native German level speaking, and fluent in English.
  • Experience using GA4 for data analysis to make informed and profit drive decisions.
  • Experience working on E-commerce clients share the goal is to grow and scale clients, focusing on Sales, Revenue, and profitability.
  • Strong communication skills, as you work closely with other teams within the business and work closely with clients.
