Senior Performance Marketing Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the new Senior Performance Marketing Manager your work will be focused on the set-up, optimisation, and analysis of global Google Search campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Create, set up, analyse and optimise Text based Google Search Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
  • Manage six-figure monthly Google Ads budgets.
  • Data evaluation with web analytics and data warehouse tools.
  • Implementation and monitoring of offline conversion tracking.
  • Carry out keyword research to find opportunities for organic growth and content gaps.
  • A/B testing to ensure optimisation of the campaigns you run.
  • Analysis on efficiency of accounts.
  • Explore opportunities for Social Selling in the B2B space, such as LinkedIn Advertising

 

Your Experience & Skills

You will have the opportunity and freedom to significantly develop the Google Ads strategy and campaign set up, with the full backing of the business. The company does, however, ask that you have:

  • Native level German and fluent in English, any other European languages are a bonus (Specifically Italian).
  • 3 years+ experience of managing Google Ads campaign: But would consider 2+ years for a driven candidate who is eager to learn.
  • Lead Generation experience.
  • Strong background in data analysis and statistics.
  • Experience of managing budgets of €100k+.
