Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Berlin

Salary: Up to €60,000

 

Our client has over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry and is currently hiring a Performance Marketing Manager. This role will bring the company’s growth and success story to the next level.

The new Senior Performance Marketing Manager will help develop and scale paid media programs to drive self-service sign-ups and qualified sales leads.

You’ll head up all our paid channels (focused on paid search, but also including paid social, display, and new channel tests).

 

Daily tasks 

  • Define and scale the company’s overarching performance marketing strategy globally to drive more efficient acquisition
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across paid search, paid social, and display
  • Partner with the design and marketing teams to drive continuous improvements in messaging and creative to increase engagement and conversions
  • Work closely with business intelligence to develop a stronger set of performance marketing KPIs and benchmarks including in-depth analysis of LTV, CPA, and ROI of all activities
  • Develop consistent reporting to demonstrate the value of paid media and the impact on key business metrics
  • Assist in the identification and evaluation of new tools, data streams, technologies, and tactics to enhance customer acquisition through paid channels
  • Develop and implement an ongoing testing culture
  • Analyze user journey to create CRO initiatives
  • Manage the paid media budget

 

Required experience for the Senior Performance Marketing Manager

  • 3 – 4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fields of gaming, eCommerce, tech, tourism, and/or investment banking with a heavy analytical emphasis
  • A specialist in at least one of the following paid media channels: search, social, display, or native
  • In-depth experience with some or all of our tech stack is a bonus: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
  • Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools for online channels (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, etc.)
  • Data-driven marketer with an analytical mindset
  • Fluent English
