A leading, Paid Social focused Performance Marketing Agency in Berlin is looking for a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager to join them in creating dynamic and creative customer-oriented campaigns on Meta and TikTok.

(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be setting up Paid Social Ads for a range of Lead Generation, Conversion, and branding orientated campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Manage budgets between €20k and €500k per month across campaigns with focusing on both conversions and brand building.
• Own Paid Social strategy from start to finish, overseeing the ideation, activation, analysis, and optimisation of the 3 or 4 clients that you work with.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client accounts you work on.
• Activate campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Analyse, optimise, and report results on the campaigns you run to clients.
• Strategic ownership of all Paid Social platforms, campaigns, and budgets for designated clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to see what creatives are working, what competitors are doing etc.
• Help improve internal process’ and structures to build on the company’s success.
• Cross sell and upsell to clients to increase media spends and scale accounts.

Your Experience & Skills

You will have an individually tailored progression plan and an individual development budget to attend conferences and partake in courses, with close affiliation with TikTok and Online Marketing Rockstars. The agency does, however, ask that you roughly fit the following criteria:

• 2-5 years of experience in Paid Social across Meta and TikTok.
• German native speaking or C2 level and a are strong communicator.
• Experience managing budgets of at least €50k per client account.
• Solid understanding of best practices for landing pages, lead generation and lead magnets.
• Data driven and analytical, being able to analyse and understand the data.
• Understanding of social creatives and the latest creative trends.
• Willing to go further than the channel, with an ability to track where people have come from and where they land on the websites.
• Hands on experience in Facebook and TikTok Ads Manager.
• A basic understanding of Google Analytics.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to clients.
• Confidence to work with autonomy and to have new ideas and be creative.
