Our client are Europe’s fastest growing digital healthcare startup. Specialising in cosmetic teeth straightening at an affordable price, with innovative 3D printing technology, they are revolutionising the world of dentistry!

Currently operating in 8 European countries (and growing!) they are now expanding their Performance Marketing team; and are searching for a data-driven Senior Paid Social Manager to help strengthen and define a solid Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.

About the role

• You will work closely with the Heads of Performance Marketing to define a clear Paid Social strategy for each account and channel.
• You will manage large figure accounts for Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and other social channels across various European markets.
• You will monitor traffic conversions and continually suggest ways to improve the campaigns, based on the data.
• You will collaboarate with colleagues across BI, CRM, Creative etc, to optimise funnel performance.

About You

• You have at least 4 years experience working hands-on across Paid Social channels.
• You are a clear problem solver.
• You notice performance marketing trends by monitoring large data sets; and actively strive to improve performance.
• You have excellent Excel skills.
• You are comfortable working with 6+ figure monthly budgets on Facebook campaigns.
• Ideally you have worked with Smartly before.
• Ideally you have worked in a direct-to-consumer environment previously.
• You are comfortable in a senior position supporting junior members of the team.
• You are fluent in English, ideally another European language would be a plus.
