About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a global digital marketing agency is looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to join their London based offices on a hybrid basis, with only 1 day a week needed in the office. This means you could work on a primarily remote/ hybrid basis, with only needing to be commutable to London on occasion.

Despite the flexible working opportunities, the agency maintains a strong company culture with regularly company meet ups, seasonal parties, and holiday incentives.

The agency also has a keen focus on the learning and development of its team. You will be supported to progress to an Account Director position. Promotions are based on performance, not purely years of experience, meaning you have the opportunity to progress quickly If you have the drive and passion to do so.

 

Senior Paid Social Manager Role & Responsibilities

As Senior Paid Social Manager, you will have the opportunity to take the lead across multiple client accounts. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Work across a multitude of PPC and Paid media platforms; Paid Social, Apps, and Paid Search.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Work on paid campaigns on apps, with upskilling and teaching on this if necessary.
  • Work regularly with clients, in a very client facing capacity.
  • Remain hands on with activation and ongoing optimisations.
  • Manage the optimisation of ongoing client campaigns, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Indirectly 2 junior members of the Paid Social team, with the support for your Account Director.
  • Work on very large Ad budgets for important clients.

 

Your Skills & Experience

You will be supported to work how is best for you as you continue your own professional development. The company does ask that you have:

  • Ideally 2 years of Paid Social/ PPC experience.
  • Rounded Paid Ads experience, with a focus on Paid social or PPC and analytics.
  • Confidence in a client facing environment.
  • Account and project management experience.
  • Some team management experience is ideal.
  • Data analysis skills, turning data into actionable insights and optimisations.
