The Company

The business prides itself on the quality of work they do for their wide range of household name client brands across a wide variety of sectors, including but not limited to lifestyle, travel, fashion and tech.

Due to recent client wins, the business is looking to expand their Paid Social team to keep up with demand. This means anyone joining the team has the opportunity for rapid progression, as you will be working closely with Senior Account Directors and learning from them.

The Role

• Managing project timelines and delegating when necessary to the junior members of your team.
• Responsible for running paid social campaigns across key social accounts.
• Growing and developing the accounts you work on, upselling and cross-selling when applicable.
• Working closely with clients, developing solid relationships with mid to high-senior clients.
• Ensuring collaboration within the agency and across digital marketing departments.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience within Paid Social; agency or client-side.
• Solid grasp of social tools: Sprinklr (desirable) Hootsuite etc.
• Experience running paid multiple social campaigns across every a variety of channels and verticals.
• Experience using data and analytics to make informed and on the fly decisions to support client accounts.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and changes in sharing this knowledge and insights with the junior members of your team.
