About The Company

Due to continued client wins and exciting growth plans, a full-service social media agency is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their London-based office in a hybrid and flexible manner. The business only asks for you to go into the office two days a week and is flexible on those days and your working hours.

However, with the on-site squash court, music classes, and massages for you to enjoy on your days in the office, you are welcome and may choose to go in as often as you like.

You will be part of a leading performance marketing team who concentrate across multiple social platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of channels and projects as you oversee the delivery of strategic leadership and tactical brand growth.


Senior Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities

As Senior Paid Media Manager your work will be split across client management and being hands-on with a focus on reporting and optimisation.

Additionally, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • A 50/50 split between hands on paid social management of campaigns and client relationship management.
  • Managing a small team of Paid Media Executive/s.
  • Providing support on new business opportunities: pitches and proposals.
  • Work closely with senior clients on a regular basis, creating strong relationships and upselling when appropriate.
  • A focus on branding and brand awareness campaigns, run across multiple platforms.
  • Working across the EMEA region.
  • Work closely with the creative teams, to execute your strategic vision, allowing you much more creative input and vision in your work.


Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you, have real input on the strategic and creative vision of the accounts you work on. The company asks that you have:

  • 4+ years’ experience working in Paid Media.
  • Experience working on some of the DPSs on social platforms such as: LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter YouTube, Snapchat and/or TikTok.
  • Previous experience in upselling and new business pitches is desirable.
  • Experience working towards performance and brand focused KPIs is essential.
  • Confidence in developing junior members of a variety of departments.
  • Strong management skills, including delegation and team management and project management.
