About the Company

Due to growth opportunities, a brand performance agency based in Central London are looking for a Senior Paid Media Analyst to join their Paid Media team. The agency is based in London but offers hybrid and flexible working to their team.

The agency is looking for a Senior Paid Media Analyst to work 50/50 across PPC and Paid Social campaigns, progressing into a strategy and client facing role. Experience in both is not essential, as the agency is willing to teach someone with PPC or Paid Social experience and the desire to learn the other.

As Senior Paid Media Analyst you will have get involved in strategy and execution of some of their high-profile and household name client accounts: With the complete support of the senior members of the Paid Media team.

The agency has a huge focus on progression, with their Head of Client Services and Paid Social Director having started as Account Executives at the agency. You will be supported through an individually tailored career progression plan, with plenty of training to get you there.

 

Senior Paid Media Analyst Role & Responsibilities

As Senior Paid Media Analyst you will be hands on with the execution of strategies across Paid Social and PPC, but progress more into a strategy and client facing role. Additionally, your role will involve:

  • This role is a 50/50 split between Paid Social and PPC.
  • Day-to-day management of campaigns for a variety of clients across a variety of goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute Paid Search/ PPC strategies with Google Ads and Bing.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor campaigns across Search and Social and optimise based off your expert analysis.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimised resource allocation across campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance with your expert insight and recommendations for Account Managers/ Directors.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The agency will support you to learn and develop, offering internal and external training to help you to progress in your career. The business does ask that you have:

  • 1+ year of PPC experience.
  • Experience with Paid Social is desirable but not essential, as the agency is willing to teach Paid Social to a candidate with strong PPC experience.
  • Previous experience in an agency.
  • Google Shopping and Google Analytics experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you work within your team as well as with other departments across the business.
  • Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate leadership through management, mentoring others, and sharing ideas and insights with your team and others around the business.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
