About the Company

An exciting opportunity for a new Senior CRM Manager has become available due to the businesses’ explosive expansion. This growth has led to a readjustment of company structure and greater opportunities for progression into senior and team lead positions.

The company offers complete hybrid working. You may be asked to work from the office on occasion, but when that is, would be your decision.

This role would suit someone with strong German and English (both spoken and written), and a strong background in customer relationship management, but who is still looking to learn, test and grow with the company.


Senior CRM Manager Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior CRM Manager, you will work with the CRM Managers in your team and take responsibility for the development and implementation of the personalisation of new and existing customer and subscriber content for various European markets. Additionally, your rule will include:

  • The full strategic creation, implementation, and optimisation of multi-channel customer campaigns.
  • Creation and reporting of email marketing campaigns and customer surveys, to analyse and make informed strategic decisions based on analysis of customer retention based KPIs.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments, such as Performance Marketing, Branding, BI and Content.
  • Managing projects along the length of the customer lifecycle, with consistent and continuing optimisation of customer journeys.


Your Skills & Experience

While your personal and professional growth and continued learning will be supported, you will ideally have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in operational CRM, with focuses on email marketing, Customer Lifecycle optimisation, Up-selling and cross-selling*.
  • Experience setting up and developing CRM tools. (Emarsys experience desirable)
  • An analytical and number-driven approach, with a good working knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics and using these to make informed decisions.
  • A knowledge of working with SQL, JavaScript, HTML5 or similar, as well as feed management systems and personalisation engines (desirable).
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B2).
