About the Company
An exciting opportunity for a new Senior CRM Manager has become available due to the businesses’ explosive expansion. This growth has led to a readjustment of company structure and greater opportunities for progression into senior and team lead positions.
The company offers complete hybrid working. You may be asked to work from the office on occasion, but when that is, would be your decision.
This role would suit someone with strong German and English (both spoken and written), and a strong background in customer relationship management, but who is still looking to learn, test and grow with the company.
Senior CRM Manager Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior CRM Manager, you will work with the CRM Managers in your team and take responsibility for the development and implementation of the personalisation of new and existing customer and subscriber content for various European markets. Additionally, your rule will include:
