Senior Client Services Manager

Location: Liverpool – Hybrid & Flexible Working

Salary: £46,000 – £60,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Duration: 1 Year FTC (Maternity Cover): With the aim to carry on to a permanent position.


A network agency based in Liverpool is looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to join their team on a 1-year FTC, with the aim to carry on to a permanent position. The business works with some of the biggest, household name retail brands, which you will have the opportunity to take the lead on.

This position is hybrid working, based in Liverpool, with only 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with flexible working hours.


Senior Client Services Manager Role

As Senior Client Services Manager your primary responsibility will be to manage the relationships of key client accounts, while coordinating other teams with client needs and expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Upsell ad space to the key client accounts you work on.
  • Line manage the executives on your team, while being involved in the general management of Account Managers.
  • Work closely with clients to translate their needs into actionable insights for the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure campaign and planning team adhere to client briefs.
  • Be responsible for budget management.


About you

Although this is a maternity cover role, the business is aiming to keep you on their team as they expand their Client Services team in the next year. The business does ask that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience of client management experience.
  • Commercial experience: Selling the campaign plan to clients, managing budgets, delivering against set KPIs, and upselling ad space to clients.
  • Line management and team development experience.
  • Must have worked with budgets into the millions.
  • Experience of working in the retail sector is ideal, but not essential.
  • Stakeholder relationship management.
