Job Title: Senior Campaign Manager – Performance Marketing

Location: Berlin

Salary: €60,000-€65,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is an exciting international start-up based in Berlin with offices across Europe and in New York, working with leading brands in the entertainment industry to deliver data-driven marketing campaigns.

My client is currently looking for a talented Senior Campaign Manager to take over and manage the communication with their international customers and take responsibility for the efficient handling of Performance Marketing campaigns. You will have strong leadership skills to motivate yourself and your team to handle and deliver various campaigns and satisfy customer demands.

You will work in an empowering performance-oriented environment to challenge and encourage yourself to produce great results for clients in the entertainment industry.

About You

• You will have at least 4 years’ experience in Performance Marketing
• You will be proficient in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, DV360 (or similar).
• You will have experience in managing employees.
• You will have a confident, data-driven approach to decision making, and have excellent communication skills.
• You will have an independent way of working.
• You will have a strategic approach to planning.
• You are fluent in German and English.

About the Role

• Management of customer relationships and fulfillment of customer requirements
• Close co-operation with colleagues across various teams such as Sales and Business Intelligence.
• Development of new ideas for campaign optimization, as well as the internal campaigning and market research.
• Creation and implementation of campaign insights to provide to customers.
• Set up and control of your own campaign team.
