Location: London – Hybrid and Flexible Working

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus

 

The Company

Due to new client acquisitions and exciting expansion plans, a performance agency are looking for a Senior Biddable Account Executive to join their central London office and join their Biddable team to work on Paid Media and PPC campaigns.

While this role is based out of the businesses Central London office, you will be given the flexibility to work in a hybrid working environment with flexible working hours, suited to your personal needs.

The agency offers genuine opportunity for progression, with the current Head of Client Services and Paid Social Director starting as Account Executives in the agency and working their way through the ranks: Meaning you’ll have the opportunity and support, to progress quickly to a Biddable Manager position.

The business also takes pride in working with household name brands in retail, which you will have the opportunity to work on: Client accounts that will be exciting to be involved in, where you will have the opportunity to learn and innovate with the support of your manager, and that will look great on your CV.

This role has a heavier focus on PPC than Paid Media: So, if you have experience in PPC and Paid Media (or a desire to learn Paid Media), this is the perfect opportunity for you to progress in a cross-channel role.

 

Senior Biddable Account Executive Role & Responsibilities

As the Senior Biddable Account Executive, you will be hands-on with the activation and optimisation of Paid Media Ads and PPC campaigns, while gaining exposure to strategy and campaign planning. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Working closely with the Biddable Managers to manage campaigns across PPC and Paid Social.
  • You will also have the opportunity for exposure to Programmatic advertising.
  • Be hands on with campaign set-up, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Analysis of ongoing campaigns to optimise performance, including A/B testing.
  • Being proactive to develop your own skillset.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments within the agency when necessary.
  • Work with your manager to learn and develop your skills on technical biddable/ paid media/ PPC strategy.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will be a genuine focus for the business. You will have an individually tailored plan, with formal training to continue your Biddable development. The business does, ask that you have:

  • 1+ Year of PPC experience working in an agency setting is essential.
  • Experience running Paid Social and programmatic ads is desirable, but not essential.
  • Google Analytics (in particular GA4) experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.
  • A 2:1 in a relevant degree: Business, Marketing, Maths, Digital Marketing etc.
