A market-leading digital marketing agency in London is looking for an exceptional Account Manager who’s ready to take on the challenge of Senior Account Manager.

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing the work we deliver for large clients. You’ll be taking an integrated approach, which means working closely with PPC, SEO, Paid and Organic Social, Web and Content teams on a daily basis. You’ll develop each brand’s strategy and oversee the quality delivery of that strategy, to present results to clients and build long-term relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be able to adapt to an evolving role and take ownership of varied responsibilities. Some key parts of the role include:

  • Develop annual strategies across multiple client accounts
  • Execute and project manage excellent digital campaigns
  • Manage deliverables from across the business (SEO, PPC, social, content, web)
  • Ensure all work is delivered to the highest possible standard and is driven by innovation
  • Contribute to the creative process and work with in-house teams
  • Manage budgets and relationships with clients and partners
  • Have the confidence to present work internally and externally
  • Be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines

 

Your Experience

  • You have either worked in a client services role at a digital agency or a client facing channel specific role and are looking to broaden your skills set
  • Very organised
  • You’re comfortable in a client-facing role
  • You’ve managed multiple clients in a fast-moving environment
