The Company

A leading full-service Performance Marketing Agency in Berlin is looking for a SEA Manager to join their Berlin office in a hybrid and flexible work environment.

The business prides itself on stability, with Team Leads and Seniors being there from when they were established in 2017. As a small agency of just 25 people, you will have the opportunity to work with a flat hierarchy, openness, transparency, and fast decisions. And as part of one of the biggest Agency Networks in Germany, boasting around 4000 clients.

SEA Manager

As a SEA Manager, your primary responsibility will be setting up Google Search, GDN, and YouTube for full-funnel campaigns across several B2B and B2C clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Set up, activate, analyse, optimise, and report on SEA campaigns, specifically Google Search, GDN, and YouTube.
  • Optimise campaign performance for a range of clients, predominantly in the B2B space but also in the B2C space, for full-funnel campaigns with a focus on Performance. (Lead Generation, Conversions).
  • Constant monitoring and optimising of campaigns.
  • Bring out the best of the campaign, seizing opportunities through a constant curiousness for new developments.
  • Keep clients informed and up to date, being transparent throughout the process, with the help of the Account Management team who take over day-to-day communication.
  • Lead the Post Campaign Analysis and present results to clients.
  • Contribution to pitch decks, and long term learn how to pitch for new business.

 

Your Experience & Skills

You will have an individually tailored progression plan and an individual development budget along with regular one-to-one meetings with your manager, a personally tailored OKR system which you will decide your goals with your manager, and an internal Mission Management Programme. The agency does, however, ask that you roughly fit the following criteria:

  • Speak German to C2 level, or Nativeso you can write ad copy in German and communicate with clients.
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in Google Ads (Google Search, Display, and YouTube).
  • Understanding of GA4 and other analytics tools are a plus.
  • Experience with scripts is a bonus.
  • Understanding of reporting tools like Looker.
  • Experience with B2B clients, Lead Generation and Conversions are a bonus but not a deal breaker.
  • Experience optimising campaigns and a good understanding of target groups and how to reach them.
