Salary: €55,000 – €70,000

A performance marketing agency specialising in B2B and B2C lead generation are looking for their next SEA Manager. The business works with series A start-ups, online shops, D2C companies and high-value B2C companies across the real estate and finance industries, to name a few.

The business is now looking for a native German speaking SEA Manager in Germany or the wider European area, to assist in taking the lead on some exciting new client wins across Europe. This is an exciting time to join the team as you will have real input into the future of the team and have the opportunity to take ownership of your own clients from the beginning.

While based in Berlin, the agency offers completely remote or hybrid working suited to your individual needs. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the SEA team, learning from experienced Performance Marketers with the opportunity to progress into a Team Lead position and even Head of SEA.

 

SEA Manager Role and Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the SEA Strategy Manager to improve SEA strategy for clients.
  • Work with budgets ranging from €20,000 a month up to €100,000. As you progress in the role, you will have the opportunity to work with budgets up to €500,000.
  • Full ownership of campaigns from start to finish; setup, activation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Testing strategies for automation.
  • Analysing and optimising accounts, using your own creativity and analytical skills to make informed decisions.
  • The opportunity to bring in new business and take ownership of client from the beginning.

 

About You

As SEA Manager, you will ideally have a strong experience in SEA marketing and be an expert in Google Search campaigns. Being an expert in all is not essential, as the company is committed to your professional and personal training and development. The business does ask however that:

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in hands-on experience in SEA and are an expert on Google Search.
  • Native German speaking.
  • Experience with GDN and Performance Max campaigns is ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience working towards performance based KPIs: CPC, CPA, ROI and ROAS.
  • Data analysis skills, experience in using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
  • PPC scripting knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
