Are you eager to learn new skills in a thriving city centre recruitment office?

As Herd Digital is growing, we have an opening available for Recruitment Administrator, who will engage with different areas within the business to support with day-to-day office duties and general admin tasks.

We will ensure you maximise your potential with full training on the administration of a busy recruitment office.

As you progress in your role there is the opportunity to progress into a Senior Administrator position or explore other career areas such as digital marketing or a recruitment consultant role: Fully dependent on what you choose to pursue.


Recruitment Administrator Role Overview

Full training will be provided to help you get started in your role. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with social media content planning and execution.
  • Image design and creation.
  • Copywriting, as you write for social media and for job adverts for specific vacancies.
  • Posting job ads on company website/job boards etc.
  • Sending messages to candidates on LinkedIn.
  • CRM management & updating.
  • Assisting with meeting preparation.
  • Executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with consultants to contribute to the efficiency of their recruitment process.


What we are looking for from you:

No previous experience is required, as we are looking for hard-working people who are willing to learn.

Essential skills are the ability to work with autonomy under your own initiative, strong time management and good communication skills.

Additionally, an understanding of IT and Digital Marketing is ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided.
