Location: London/ Hybrid

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 + Discretional Bonuses


About the Company

Due to exciting new changes and growth, a fast-growing performance marketing agency based in Central London are looking for a Programmatic Manager to join their Programmatic team.

You will be part of the business continuing success and expansion, with the agency having already grown the headcount by 400% in the last 4 years: meaning there are consistently exciting new projects to be involved in.


Programmatic Manager Role & Responsibilities

As Programmatic Manager you will have the opportunity to take the lead on the optimisation of advertising campaigns across multiple channels, while working closely with clients to report on your success.

Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Performance focused campaigns but work on full-funnel campaigns.
  • Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation of the programmatic campaigns you manage.
  • Media planning of programmatic strategy for a variety of verticals and channels: Mobile, Display, OOH and Audio.
  • Working with budgets from £200,000 to £1 million, with the potential for larger budgets in the future.
  • The planning and buying of programmatic campaigns.
  • Client relationship management, being responsible for account management and growth.
  • Team management, as you manage 1 – 2 Programmatic Executives.


Your Skills & Experience

The business if offering a long-term commitment to your growth within the agency, with regular salary reviews and a career development plan for rapid progression. The business does ask that you have:

  • 3+ Years of experience in planning and buying of programmatic ads.
  • Experience working with DV360 is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms such as: Apple Search Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Yahoo DSP is also ideal.
  • Strong experience working towards DR/ Performance KPIs.
  • Ecommerce experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you work within your team as well as with other departments across the business.
  • Strong previous experience with data analysis, including data management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc.
  • Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
