Job Title: Programmatic Executive

Location: London/ Hybrid

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + Annual Bonus


About the Company

Due to exciting new changes and growth, a fast-growing performance marketing agency based in Central London are looking for a Programmatic Executive to join their Programmatic team.

The agency is an industry leader in Paid Advertising covering PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic. It takes pride in being one of the select few Meta partners for measurement, due to their expertise in data measurement and analysis.

You will be part of the business continuing success and expansion, with the agency having already grown the headcount by 400% in the last 4 years: meaning there are consistently exciting new projects to be involved in.


Programmatic Executive Role & Responsibilities

As Programmatic Executive you will have the opportunity to work closely with, and learn from, senior members of the programmatic advertising team to continue your professional growth.

Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Performance focused campaigns, and full-funnel campaigns.
  • Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation of the programmatic campaigns you work on.
  • Being hands on with media buying on a variety of verticals and channels: Mobile, Display, OOH and Audio.
  • Working with budgets from £200,000 to £1 million, with the potential for larger budgets in the future.
  • Work closely with your Programmatic Manager to learn media planning and buying, and client management: As you progress in your career.


Your Skills & Experience

The business if offering a long-term commitment to your growth within the agency, with regular salary reviews and a career development plan for rapid progression. The business does ask that you have:

  • 1+ Years of hands-on experience in buying programmatic ads.
  • Experience working with DV360.
  • Knowledge of other programmatic advertising platforms such as: Apple Search Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Yahoo DSP is also ideal.
  • Experience working towards DR/ Performance KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you work within your team as well as with other departments across the business.
  • Previous experience with data analysis, including data management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc.
  • Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
