THE PPC MANAGER ROLE

  • Salary: £35K
  • Location: London
  • Reporting to: PPC Director

We’re working with an award-winning agency that has a global presence and is making an impact on the industry, adopting the latest technologies and delivering world-class services to its glowing portfolio of clients.

They’re looking for a PPC Manager who is one step ahead of the ever-evolving world of PPC, to ensure the agency continually delivers transformational business results. This is a client-centric role that will see you working within an internal agency, on strategies that are integrated across multiple disciplines.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

You’ll get the chance to work on a flexible basis in a driven agency in London. As a PPC Manager, you’re responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of service delivery to clients, with a central role in the design and implementation of PPC strategies.

Some key functions of the role include:

  • Lead the management of PPC accounts to direct long-term strategies
  • Manage budgets and ensure a consistently high quality of services
  • Deliver excellence to all accounts and be the main point of contact
  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities to exceed targets and grow clients’ revenues
  • Manage and prioritise changes across the implementation roadmap
  • Manage and guide junior employees in best PPC practices
  • Research and stay ahead of trends, liaising with Google where necessary
  • Maintain good relationship with other members of the PPC team and the wider agency
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated, successful digital campaigns
  • Offer advice and reports to clients where necessary

YOUR SKILLS

  • A great communicator with the ability to lead from the front
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the PPC sector
  • A relevant university level degree
  • Experience using PPC tools and technologies, with an AdWords certification
  • Strong Excel skills (PIVOTs etc.)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE…

  • Client-facing experience
  • Knowledge of another language
  • Experience in the travel, retail or finance markets
  • Knowledge of bid management tools such as Search Ads 360 or Marin
  • An understanding of GDN and YouTube
