An international agency with offices in the UK, Australia, Canada and Germany are expanding their Berlin branch and are looking for their next specialist in Google Ads. With clients in Entertainment, Travel and SaaS (to name a few), the business is aiming to continue their expansion within Europe and grow their Paid Media team on an international level. This makes it an exciting time to join the team as you will have real input into the future of the team and support in your work.

The business does require that the PPC Manager is German speaking to a native/ fluent level.

Search and social advertising is integral to the business, and one of the most important channels within the agency and receives huge amounts of investment. With clients in entertainment, tech, home, the business is now searching for a Berlin-based PPC Manager to take on exciting campaigns for their DACH and European clients.


PPC Manager Role and Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the Paid Media director to improve PPC strategy for clients.
  • Full ownership of campaigns from start to finish; setup, activation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Developing and delivering new strategies for search and social.
  • Testing strategies for automation.
  • Making sure all KPI’s are achieved and exceeded to meet clients business objectives.
  • Building new relationships with the wider global team and key clients.


About You

As PPC Manager, you will ideally have experience in and understanding of search and social advertising, whether that’s Paid Media, PPC, SEA or Paid Social. Being an expert in all is not essential, as the company is committed to your professional and personal training and development. The business does ask however that:

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in hands-on Performance Marketing role (Search/Social).
  • Native German speaking.
  • Ideally you come from an agency background.
  • Experience with Google Ads: Experience with other paid advertising and search engine marketing is desirable but not essential.
  • Expert in third party bid management and tracking solutions.
  • Expert with Google Analytics.
  • PPC scripting knowledge.
