About the Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a global digital marketing agency is looking for a PPC Manager to join their team on a remote/ hybrid basis. The business has UK offices in London, which you will need to go into on occasion: Meaning being able and willing to commute to London is preferred.

The agency also has a keen focus on the learning and development of its team. You will be supported to progress to an Account Director position. Promotions are based on performance, not purely years of experience, meaning there is the potential to progress quickly within the agency!

 

PPC Manager Role & Responsibilities

As PPC Manager, you will have the opportunity to take the lead across multiple retail client accounts, being supported in your execution by the PPC Executives with your team. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Work on Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for brand name retail clients.
  • Collaborative with the SEO team to coordinate Paid Search strategy.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Work regularly with clients, in a very client facing capacity.
  • Remain hands on with activation and ongoing optimisations.
  • Manage the optimisation of ongoing client campaigns, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Indirectly 2 junior members of the PPC team, with the support for your Account Director.
  • Work on very large Ad budgets for important and name brand

 

Your Skills & Experience

You will be supported to work how is best for you as you continue your own professional development. The company does ask that you have:

  • 2 years of PPC experience.
  • Paid Search and PPC experience is a must for this role. Paid Social can be taught.
  • Google Ads, Analytics, Shopping and Performance Max experience.
  • Meta Ads is ideal, but not essential.
  • Confidence in a client facing environment.
  • Account and project management experience.
  • Some team management experience is ideal.
  • Data analysis skills, turning data into actionable insights and optimisations.
