Job Title: PPC Manager

Location: London/ Hybrid/ Remote – 1 day a week in the office

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 + Performance Bonus

 

About the Company

Due to exciting new client acquisition, an award-winning, independent digital creative agency based in the heart of London are looking for a passionate PPC Manager. As the business expands its PPC team and offerings, they’re looking for someone to take a leadership role in the team.

The agency offers hybrid, flexible and remote working to its team, with only one day in the office necessary per week. But with their brand-new spacious office (complete with ping pong tables of course), the bars and restaurants surrounding their new Central London office, and regular company socials you may choose to work in the office as much as you please: But even this one day a week in the office will become flexible as you progress in your role.

 

PPC Manager Role & Responsibilities

As PPC Manager your primary responsibility will be to lead the growing PPC team and be an expert in all things PPC. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across an exciting variety of client industries, such as Tech, B2B, and B2C.
  • Provide support to Founders and senior members of the team on new business pitches.
  • Be hands-on in setting up PPC campaigns and with optimisations.
  • Report on campaign performance to clients.
  • Act autonomously with the accounts you work on, and consultatively to help support and guide clients.

 

Skills and Experience

This agency is committed to your personal and professional development through external training courses of your choosing, and clear progression plans as you work towards a Senior PPC Manager position and beyond. The business does ask that you have:

  • Strong experience of managing client accounts.
  • Confident client facing ability.
  • Strong communication skills as you work closely with clients as well as manage a team of PPC Executives.
  • Organisation skills are key, as you work across multiple client account campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong Google ads experience is essential.
  • Google shopping experience is nice to have, but not essential as it can be taught.
  • B2B and B2C experience is nice to have, but again, not essential as you grow into the role.
