Responsibilities

· Lead the paid search team and take ownership of the quality and efficiency of output
· Take responsibility for international paid search activity
· Provide monthly and weekly reports related to ROI, revenue and goals
· Communicate with stakeholders where necessary
· Carry out competitor analysis and ensure the company remains an industry pioneer
· Establish a test and learn approach with the wider paid search team
· Identify ways to continually optimise campaigns
· Collaborate with other departments to build integrated strategies (e.g. content team, brand team, etc.)
· Show the paid search team how to not only create reports, but also to interpret and use them to shape future campaigns
· Utilise the latest tools and features of search platforms and measure the value of any new features
· Maintain a bid management platform and roadmap

 

Your skills and experience

· Extensive experience using paid search platforms
· Proven experience in the management of successful search campaigns
· Knowledge and experience of ad servers and SA360
· Experience with campaign automation
· The ability to troubleshoot and solve tracking issues
· You can work to deadlines and financially driven targets
· You’re comfortable with managing a team, as well as coaching others
· Competent with MS Excel
· You can collaborate across departments and present to senior stakeholders

 

The following would be a bonus:

· An understanding of wider digital marketing channels
· Spanish language
· An interest in online gaming or a regulated industry
· Previous experience with Google Data Studio or a similar type of software
· Experience in financial analysis/modelling
