Location: Central London/ Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 + Generous Bonus

About The Company

Due to internal growth within the business, an award-winning performance agency based in London are looking for a PPC Director to become a leader within the PPCC and Paid Media team, supporting the junior members of the PPC team while you take the lead on some of the agencies biggest PPC clients.

You will have the freedom to innovate and develop the strategy of the PPC clients you work on and have the opportunity to impact the agency’s wider PPC strategy. PPC Director Role & Responsibilities

As the agency’s PPC Director, you will work closely with and be supported by the Head of Paid Media to develop the PPC team and deliver quality PPC campaigns for an array of clients. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Staying up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations and filtering these down to the wider Paid Media team.
  • Working predominantly with PPC campaigns but also with Paid Social and Programmatic.
  • Be involved in the strategy of some of the agency’s most senior client accounts.
  • Be responsible for the creation and refinement of development processes of the Paid Media team, to ensure effective training.
  • Work closely with the data analytics team.

 

Your Skills & Experience

You will be supported to work how is best for you, as you receive the support necessary to lead the Paid Media team. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing paid media accounts.
  • Experience working in an agency.
  • Strong experience in PPC advertising: From strategy to optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and BigQuery (desirable).
  • Strong numerical skills, including strong experience in using and creating Excel formula to analyse large data sets and find actionable insights.
  • Achieved a 2:1 degree or above.
