Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Discretional Bonus

About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, an award-winning paid search and social specialist agency based in Central London are looking for a PPC Account Director to take lead of their PPC team.

As PPC Account Director, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow your own PPC team, while having the support of a larger PPC team. The business focuses primarily on D2C ecommerce, while you will have the opportunity to take the lead on.

PPC Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As the agency’s newest PPC Account Director, your role will be split across PPC strategy and client relationships management, with a small amount of hands-on PPC activation on key client accounts. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Grow and manage your own, brand new PPC team.
  • Be involved with the onboarding of new business.
  • Work with autonomy to grow your own team, without micromanagement.
  • Still remaining hands-on for larger client accounts.
  • Train and develop the junior members of your PPC team.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations and filtering these down to the wider Paid Media team.

 

Your Skills & Experience

You will be supported to work how is best for you, as you receive the support necessary to lead your Paid Media team. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 4+ years’ experience working on PPC accounts.
  • 1+ years’ experience managing and developing your own team.
  • Experience working on ecommerce brands and campaigns is essential.
  • Strong Google Ads experience is essential.
  • Google Shopping and Performance MAX experience.
  • Experience with SQL is desired, but not essential as it can be taught.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with strong experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using A/B testing to optimise performance.
