Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 + Commission Opportunities.

A leading, Paid Social focused Creative Agency in Berlin is looking for a Paid Social Performance Marketing Manager to join them in creating dynamic and creative customer-oriented campaigns on Meta and TikTok.

Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

As a Performance Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be setting up Paid Social Ads for full funnel campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Manage budgets between €100k and €500k per month across campaigns with focusing on both conversions and brand building.
  • Own Paid Social strategy from start to finish, overseeing the ideation, activation, analysis, and optimisation of the clients that you work with.
  • Act as the main point of contact, and as a consultant, for the client accounts you work on.
  • Analyse, optimise, and report results on the campaigns you run to clients.
  • Strategic ownership of all Paid Social platforms, campaigns, and budgets for designated clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to see what creatives are working, what competitors are doing etc.
  • Help improve internal process’ and structures to build on the company’s success.
  • Cross sell and upsell to clients in order to increase media spends and scale accounts, as well as to earn commission.

 

Your Experience & Skills

You will have an individually tailored progression plan and an individual development budget along with regular one-to-one meetings with your manager. The agency does, however, ask that you roughly fit the following criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Social across Meta.
  • German native speaking or C2 level and are a strong communicator.
  • Experience managing budgets of at least €10k per client account.
  • Data driven and analytical, being able to analyse and understand the data.
  • Understanding of social creatives and the latest creative trends.
  • A basic understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to deliver presentations to clients (previous experience not needed).
