Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Berlin, Germany – Hybrid and Flexible working hours.
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English. B2 German. Any other languages are a bonus.

About the Company
A young German printing company specializing in crafting personalized artwork in Berlin is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, to join them in the planning, implementing, and optimising SEA campaigns and Paid Social (Meta and LinkedIn) campaigns. However, this role doesn’t require Paid Social experience, as the agency is willing to offer you any training you need.
The business prides itself on delivering the highest quality gifts with a focus on sustainability by sourcing locally to ensure shorter transportation distances and reduce CO2 emissions. The business offers personalized and exclusive prints that are crafted with immense passion and care.
You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid working environment: With only 2 days a week in the office. You will also have flexible working hours, as the business trusts you to get the work done without any micromanagement.

Performance Marketing Manager Role and Responsibilities
As Performance Marketing Manager your primary responsibility will be to own SEA campaigns across multiple client accounts, before progressing into a 50/50 role with Paid Social campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
