About the Company

A young German printing company specializing in crafting personalized artwork in Berlin is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, to join them in the planning, implementing, and optimising SEA campaigns and Paid Social (Meta and LinkedIn) campaigns. However, this role doesn’t require Paid Social experience, as the agency is willing to offer you any training you need.

Performance Marketing Manager Role and Responsibilities

As Performance Marketing Manager your primary responsibility will be to own SEA campaigns across multiple client accounts, before progressing into a 50/50 role with Paid Social campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Set up, analyse, report on and optimise SEA campaigns focusing on PMAX.
  • Work with budgets up to 7 figures per year, on an international level.
  • Learn Paid Social (if you don’t already know it), to work predominantly on Meta and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets of up to €3 million per year: Focusing on sales, conversions, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams within the business, such as content and internationalisation team to understand what content works best when targeting specific audiences internationally.
  • Have a strong understanding of the entire sales funnel, optimising ads for purchases and conversions.


Your Experience & Skills

You will be supported to learn and develop, with an individual progression plan and easy access to learning new skills and training materials. The business does, however, ask that you roughly fit the following criteria:

  • 2+ year of SEA experience from a D2C or agency environment.
  • PerformanceMax experience is crucial for this position.
  • B2 German, and Fluent in English.
  • Experience in or willing to learn Paid Social – Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Previous experience of working with budgets of €500,000+ a year, towards performance KPIs such as sales, revenue, and conversions.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data analysis to optimise international campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of content creation, with an understanding of what content works on different mediums, in different locations.
  • An understanding of the challenges of seasonality and impact on revenue.
