Location: Berlin, Germany – Hybrid and Flexible working hours.

Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 + Discretional Bonus.

A social-first performance marketing agency based out of Berlin is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join them in creating customer-oriented campaigns for their e-commerce clients.

Performance Marketing Manager Role & Responsibilities

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the cross-channel performance of marketing campaigns on behalf of clients in the E-commerce, D2C and lifestyle brands industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • You will have the opportunity to design, plan, and optimise campaigns for a variety of e-commerce brands.
  • You will be the go-to person for clients and participate in weekly reporting.
  • Carrying out regular A/B tests to improve performance based KPIs: Conversion rates, ROAS and CPO.
  • Guiding junior team members on implementing your performance marketing vision.


Your Experience & Skills

You will have a personal career progression coach who will support your training and development into an expert in Performance Marketing. The agency does, however, ask that you have:

  • 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Social channels.
  • Strong experience working in e-commerce previously is essential.
  • Speak German fluently.
  • Data and analytics experience, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with ads managers such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Experience working on multiple channels simultaneously across campaigns is ideal.
