Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (Netherlands Market)
Location: Remote (Based in Germany)
Salary: Up to €55,000
We’re partnering with an exciting, fast-paced D2C e-commerce start-up in the health food industry! They’re currently expanding across Europe, and are therefore hiring excellent people to continue with their growth and digital performance. They’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to take the lead on campaigns in the Netherlands to manage their 6-digit monthly marketing budget across a variety of paid channels.
About the Performance Marketing Manager role
- Take full responsibility for KPI driven planning, implementation and optimisation campaigns; mainly focused on Paid Social (FB/Instagram). Also Display, Video and SEA (Google Ads)
- Work to achieve growth and ROI goals
- Monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, focusing on prospecting and audience retargeting
- Working closely with the Performance Teamlead to develop a multichannel marketing strategy for the Netherlands market
- A/B testing for media ads, landing pages, headlines etc
- Working closely with content and creative team on video ads
About You
- Have at least 2 years of experience in data-driven performance marketing, ideally working in Netherlands/Benelux markets
- A creative mindset and a great sense of visual comms and performance marketing
- Expertise in the optimisation of Facebook Ads, alongside new channels such as TikTok
- Familiar with new customer acquisition and retention tactics
- Very confident in dealing with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio
- Organised and can drive various ongoing projects transparently in a structured manner
- An understanding of UK culture and trends
- Fluent English and Dutch
