Role & Responsibilities
As a Paid Social Manager, you will manage and optimise paid social campaigns to drive customer acquisition and maximise ROI. Working across platforms such as Meta and Snapchat, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Paid Social campaigns across platforms, ensuring they meet acquisition and growth KPIs.
- Create engaging and high-performing ad copy tailored to target audiences.
- Optimise audience targeting using demographic, behavioural, and interest-based data.
- Set up and analyse A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and placements to refine campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid social campaigns with overall strategies.
- Explore emerging trends and identify new paid social channels for incremental growth.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, learnings, and recommendations.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally across Meta and Snapchat platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns.
- Exceptional ad copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving campaign outcomes.
