Role & Responsibilities

As a Paid Social Manager, you will manage and optimise paid social campaigns to drive customer acquisition and maximise ROI. Working across platforms such as Meta and Snapchat, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Paid Social campaigns across platforms, ensuring they meet acquisition and growth KPIs.
  • Create engaging and high-performing ad copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Optimise audience targeting using demographic, behavioural, and interest-based data.
  • Set up and analyse A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and placements to refine campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid social campaigns with overall strategies.
  • Explore emerging trends and identify new paid social channels for incremental growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, learnings, and recommendations.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally across Meta and Snapchat platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns.
  • Exceptional ad copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
