Paid Social Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Location: London/ Hybrid

About The Company

Due to continued client wins and exciting growth plans, the London-based social media agency is looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to oversee the delivery of strategic leadership and tactical brand growth. The businesses central London office boasts an onsite squash court, fitness and yoga classes for you to enjoy for the 2 days a week you are in the office. You will be supported to work from the office or from home, with flexible core working hours. Whatever works best for you.

You will be part of a leading performance marketing team who concentre on all Digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok. With a brand awareness focus, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of channels and projects.

 

Paid Social Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the Paid Media Manager, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a project, from working with clients to activation.

Additionally, your role will include:

  • A 50/50 split between hands on paid social management of campaigns and client relationship management.
  • Some indirect, day-to-day management of the paid social executives in your team.
  • Focused on brand awareness campaigns, run across multiple platforms.
  • Support the work and development of the junior members of your team, using your skills and experience in paid social marketing to guide account executives.
  • Focusing heavily on KPIs such as reach, engagement and lead generation.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you, as you grow the teams underneath you. The company asks that you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in Paid Social.
  • Experience working on multiple paid social platforms such as: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
  • Experience working on full funnel projects.
  • Experience working towards conversion KPIs, but not entirely performance focused.
  • Confidence in developing junior members of a variety of departments.
