Paid Social Manager

Location: Central London/ Hybrid

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Company Performance Bonus


A fast-growing, independent Performance Marketing Agency are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join their Central London based team: Where you will have the opportunity for flexible and hybrid working, as you work from home or from the comfort of their newly furbished and customised office.

The business focuses on ecommerce and fashion, and has grown rapidly, with expansion plans to double in size in the coming year. This makes it an exciting time to join the business, as you will have opportunities for rapid progression and to make your mark on both the agency and on client accounts.

The agency prides itself on its vibrant company culture, with regular company socials and events paid for by the agency: as well as one lunch a week paid for by the business. The business also hosts regular internal training with external trainers to provide workshops on upcoming topics in the performance marketing industry.


Paid Social Manager Role

As Paid Social Manager you will have the opportunity to work with some huge, household brands in the ecommerce industry. Your day to say responsibilities will include:

  • Focused on the day-to-day management of client accounts.
  • You will collaborate with a team of managers and executives, being supported by the senior members of the performance marketing team and the client services team.
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with the creative team.
  • Have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, with budgets ranging from 100K to 1 million.
  • Team management as you move towards a Senior Performance Marketing Manager position.


About you

As the business is fast-growing, your development will be a huge focus, as you progress to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and Account Director positions. The business does ask that you have:

  • Minimum of 2+ years hands on experience in Paid Social experience.
  • Excellent record in managing performance marketing, working towards KPIs such as ROI, ROAS and CPA.
  • Experience working in performance marketing in the ecommerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
