Paid Social Director

Location: London/Remote/ Hybrid – (Work from anywhere policy, with occasional travel to London office, ideally based in London area)

Salary: £55,000 + Generous bonus

About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, an award-winning paid social agency based in Central London are looking for a Paid Social Director to take a leadership position in their Paid Social team.

The agency is primarily focused on B2C ecommerce: Meaning you’ll have the opportunity to take the lead on a real variety of client accounts in a variety of industries and markets, working closely with the creative team.

The business offers a Work from Anywhere policy, with only occasional travel to the company office. The agency is looking for someone who is in commutable distance to their London office however, due to the regular social events they company hosts for their team.

 

Paid Social Director Role & Responsibilities 

As the new Paid Social Director your work will split across team management, client management and strategy, with a small amount of hands-on activation in Paid Social. Additionally, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients from a variety of ecommerce industries and markets.
  • Work closely with key client accounts, as well as being involved in new business acquisition.
  • Work closely with the creative team, to offer recommendations based on your own experience.
  • Manage a small, fully established, and experienced team of Paid Social Executives and Managers.
  • Still remaining hands-on for larger client accounts.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, with a desire to continue to learn and progress in your career.

 

Your Skills & Experience

You will be supported to work how is best for you, in a flexible working environment. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 4+ years’ experience working on Paid Social accounts.
  • Experience working on performance focused campaigns.
  • Team management experience (small or large teams).
  • Experience working in an agency is essential.
  • Experience working on campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Ecommerce experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Some exposure to creative aspects of campaign creation is ideal.
