Paid Social Director

Location: Central London/ Hybrid

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + Company Performance Bonus

 

A fast-growing, independent Performance Marketing Agency are looking for a Paid Social Director to join their Central London based team: Where you will have the opportunity for flexible and hybrid working, as you work from home or from the comfort of their newly furbished and customised office.

The business focuses on ecommerce and fashion, and has grown rapidly, with expansion plans to double in size in the coming year. This makes it an exciting time to join the business, as you will have the opportunity to take control of some of the business’s biggest clients accounts.

The agency prides itself on its vibrant company culture, with regular company socials and events paid for by the agency: as well as one lunch a week paid for by the business. The business hosts regular internal training with external trainers to provide workshops on upcoming topics and ensure you remain an expert and leading in paid social marketing.

 

Paid Social Director Role

As Paid Social Director you will have the opportunity to take the lead on campaign strategy of some of the agency’s biggest, household brand clients in the ecommerce and fashion industries. Your day to say responsibilities will include:

  • Focused on building and maintaining client relationship with regular meetings, lunches and catch ups.
  • You will plan long term paid social strategy including creative. This will expand to involve PPC as the business and role evolves.
  • Will be involved in the upselling and cross selling of services.
  • You will be heavily involved in new business pitches and client acquisitions.
  • This position doesn’t involve direct line management, but you will delegate responsibilities to the wider team as they execute your strategic vision.

 

About you

As the business is fast-growing, your development will be a huge focus, as you progress to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and Account Director positions. The business does ask that you have:

  • Minimum of 4+ years hands on experience in Paid Social experience.
  • Excellent record in managing performance marketing, working towards KPIs such as ROI, ROAS and CPA.
  • Experience working with PPC advertising is desirable.
  • A commercial mindset with experience upselling and cross selling.
  • Confidence in working closely with clients and maintaining client relationships.
