About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, the agency is looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to work closely with clients while mentoring and coaching the Account Executives that work underneath and support them.

Based out of a brand-new office based in central London, the agency offers a hybrid and flexible working environment, with everyone in the office on Fridays for regular training, lunches and drinks from their rooftop terrace cocktail bar.

Paid Social Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the Paid Social Account Manager, you will take leadership on regularly rotating client accounts, offering expertise on a wide variety of social platforms. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Ensure that all Paid Social campaigns of your client accounts are of the highest quality, across the breadth of social platforms used.
  • Being involved in the breadth of paid social projects, from ideation and strategy to implementation and execution.
  • Regularly travel to client sites.
  • Delegating tasks to Account Executives, while still remaining hands on.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations.
  • Have the opportunity to work closely with the creative team, and as such will have the chance to learn PPC, Display, Audio and Video.


Your Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience working with a wide range of Paid Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
  • Communication and presentation skills, being confident in operating in a heavily client-focused role.
  • A desire to gain broader experience in new channels and industries.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge or experience of other marketing disciplines (CRO, CRM etc.) and how they work collaboratively would be advantageous.
