Paid Social Account Manager

Location: Central London/ Hybrid

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Discretionary Bonus

About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a full-service media agency based in Central London are looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to join the Paid Social team.

As Paid Social Manager you will have the opportunity to take the lead on some of their high-profile and household name client accounts. You will also have the opportunity to work on up-and-coming brands where you will have more autonomy and freedom in your role.

Paid Social Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the agency’s newest Paid Social Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on client strategy, while still being involved in activating and setting up campaigns. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Taking control of the full project lifecycle of client accounts. From strategy, ideation and activation to analysis and optimisation.
  • Management of the day-to-day of the Executives that work underneath you, without the training and development responsibilities.
  • Manage the optimisation of ongoing client campaigns, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Report regularly on Paid Social client campaigns to the Account Director.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations.


Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will be supported by the agency with a personal progression plan to a Senior Manager and Director to position, as well as internal and external training opportunities. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience working on Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong experience of working towards performance KPIs.
  • Prisma experience is desirable but not required.
  • Hands-on meta experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
