Paid Social Account Director

Location: London/ Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

About the company

Due to continued successes and growth, the agency is looking for a Paid Social Account Director to oversee the delivery of client campaigns, while managing a team of Associate Directors, Manager, Analysts and Executives.

Paid Social Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As the Paid Social Account Director, you will take leadership on key client accounts, offering expertise on a wide variety of social platforms to both clients and the business as a whole. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Work closely with the Head of Paid Social to give valuable input on the larger Paid Social strategy, based on your experience and expertise.
  • Support the work and development of the junior members of your team, using your skills and experience in Paid Social to guide Account Managers, Analysts and Executives.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations.
  • Ensure that all Paid Social campaigns of your client accounts are of the highest quality.


Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with the wide range of Paid Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn Ads. (Experience with all is not essential, but an understanding of is).
  • Experience working on branding and performance-based client accounts.
  • Confidence in teaching junior members of Paid Social teams in terms of social strategy and tactics.
  • Strong Excel skills, with an analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of other marketing disciplines and how they work collaboratively would be advantageous.
