As an independent digital marketing agency specialising in digital marketing. You will have the opportunity to work without the red tape that you would normally get at a bigger agency. As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for a small team of executives. You will be implementing a wide range of paid media strategies, and processes, across a wide range of clients. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the full advertising process including ideation, strategy, and activation.


The role

  • Create and oversee Paid Media campaigns
  • Opportunity to have ownership over campaigns, starting from ideation
  • Oversee and train advertising specialists to ensure efficient workflow
  • Day-to-day pacing of marketing spend and tracking client budgets
  • Planning and forecasting performance according to brief


Although the client company encourages personal development by actively focusing on learning through formal training, working with colleagues, completing tasks, and seeking feedback. The company client does ask that the right candidate has the following:

  • Previous Paid Search or Biddable experience (2 years plus is desirable)
  • Good knowledge of Google Ads (required), Paid Social (desirable), and Display (desirable)
  • Agency experience (desirable)
