About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a London-based ecommerce company is looking for a Paid Media Manager to oversee the delivery of strategic leadership and tactical brand growth. While based in their central London office, you will be supported to work from the office or from home, with flexible core working hours. Whatever works best for you.

You will be part of a leading performance marketing team who concentre on all Digital channels, with a focus on PPC and Paid Social. The business is looking for a Paid Media Manager to use their experience to lead a team of Paid Media executives, while expanding the reach of the brand.


Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the Paid Media Manager, you will take leadership on key strategic decisions, ensuring the brands growth and promoting the business across all verticals.

Additionally, your role will include:

  • Staying up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with the brand guidelines.
  • Support the work and development of the junior members of your team, using your skills and experience in digital marketing to guide account executives.
  • You will work with the other channel owners including IE Affiliates, SEO and CRM, to deliver seamless cross channel customer targeting.
  • Drive brand affinity and engagement by delivering a similar message via the paid media channels.


Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you, as you grow the teams underneath you. The company asks that you have:

  • 2+ years working in digital marketing, including PPC and Paid Social (most platforms).
  • Programmatic, CRM, eCommerce, media planning would all be desirable.
  • Confidence in developing junior members of a variety of departments.
