An award-winning, independent digital agency are looking for their newest Paid Media Manager to join and become an integral part of their PPC/ Paid Media team.

Based in Essex, this start-up digital agency offers hybrid and flexible working, to support you how works best for you. The agency boasts a 100% retention rate of their client base, due to the expertise and quality of work the agency produces for its clients.

Predominantly focused on SEO, the agency is looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join the agency and help the build and develop the agency’s PPC/ Paid Media offering. This means you’ll have opportunity to grow the team beneath you, and progress quickly in your career as a senior member of the Paid Media team.

 

Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the new Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the Paid Media/ PPC strategy and campaigns for multiple client accounts. Additionally, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Have control over the strategy and execution of Paid Media/ PPC client campaigns that you work on.
  • Execute Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns using the likes of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display, and Google Shopping.
  • Creating regular reports on campaign performance for internal and clients through the likes of Looker Studio.
  • Collaborating with the necessary internal teams, such as SEO on Paid Search strategy: And with external freelancers/ teams on Paid Media execution.
  • Gain exposure to client facing responsibilities and new business pitching.
  • Acting as the point of contact for client communications
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, with a desire to continue to learn and progress in your career.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be supported but will be a commitment. You will have a training program specifically tailored to you, including paid-for, external training opportunities. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 3+ years of Paid Media/ PPC experience within an agency setting.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Shopping and Performance Max experience.
  • Experience working with Meta Ads.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using A/B testing to optimise performance.
  • Strong data analysis skills (Microsoft Excel etc).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as you collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients regularly.
