Salary: £42,000 + Bonus

 

Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities

With the support of the Head of Paid Media, you will work on delivery across a range of key client accounts. Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Working on a mix of PPC and Paid Social: With the opportunity to learn Programmatic if you choose.
  • Overseeing the new and existing paid media strategies, from proposals to testing and analysis; and delivering final reports and recommendations.
  • Being involved in the full pipeline of Paid Media Advertising: From ideation to activation and optimisation.
  • Work with your Paid Media Director on client communications of the accounts you work on, however client services will handle some of the day-to-day client communication.
  • Line management of 1 or 2 Paid Media executives, working with them on a smaller client account.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The agency is committed to your training and development, to support your progression to a Paid Media Director position. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 2+ years of PPC and Paid Social advertising experience.
  • Programmatic advertising experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads is also strongly desirable.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Communication and client management skills, as you work closely with clients and other teams in the agency.
  • Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude, as you oversee the work of the junior members of your team.

Due to continued success and growth and promotions within the team, an award-winning, independent digital agency are looking for their newest Paid Media Manager to join their Paid Media team based in the heart of London.

The agency works in an extremely flexible, hybrid manner with only 2 days a week in the office. You will have flexibility on your working hours that are suited to your individual needs if necessary and have flexibility with the days you choose to work in the office.

The business has over 20 years of experience in delivering high-end digital marketing campaigns and strategies to their clients and have recently invested in additional training opportunities to ensure you remain at the forefront of paid media.
