Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities

As Paid Media Manager your work will be split across client management and activation, remaining hands-on with day-to-day paid media optimisations and strategy.

Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Manage a variety of clients in a variety of industries.
  • Being hands on with the activation and management of Paid Media campaigns.
  • Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation of the Paid Media campaigns you manage.
  • Budget management of the client accounts you work on and oversee.
  • Client relationship management, being responsible for account management and growth.
  • Recognise opportunities for upselling and account growth.
  • Delegation and support of the executive’s in your team.


Your Skills & Experience

The business if offering a long-term commitment to your growth within the agency, with training support in areas of your choice, a progression plan to Paid Media Director, and external development support. The business does ask that you have:

  • Previous experience working at a Paid Media Manager level or as a Senior Paid Media Executive who is ready to step up to a Paid Media Manager role.
  • Experience working in both Paid Search and Paid Social is ideal: Or experience in one and the desire to learn the other.
  • Experience in client management and relationship building.
  • Performance Max experience is ideal.
  • Google Analytics 4 experience is ideal.
  • Data analytics skills are essential, being able to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, as you work closely with your team and with other departments across the business.

A continually growing full-service digital marketing agency is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their Paid Media team in London. The agency offers hybrid and flexible working, from 2 days a week in the office to once a quarter, depending on location.

The agency works with a wide variety of clients and brands, from B2B to ecommerce: Meaning you will have a variety in your work to keep it interesting and allow you to explore which area of Paid Media you enjoy most before niching down.
