An award-winning, independent digital agency are looking for their newest Paid Media Manager to work across the range of Paid Media responsibilities, from ideation and activation to client relationship management. As the agency is expanding rapidly due to continual client wins and growth, there are multiple roles available for Senior Paid Media Executives and Paid Media Managers. This means the roles are entirely adaptable to you and your skillsets, and career goals. The business offers real flexibility in their work.


Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities

As Paid Media Manager you will have the opportunity to gain greater exposure to clients, while honing your Paid Media and PPC skills. Additionally, you will:

  • Be hands on in the whole scope of Paid Media campaigns for clients: From ideation and activation, to reporting and optimisation.
  • Be responsible for client management and gain greater exposure and experience in client facing capacity.
  • The potential for team management opportunities, and having an Account Executive report to you.
  • Reporting of your Paid Media campaigns and analysing and optimising based on these reports.


Skills and Experience

The company is committed to your personal development and have a Head of Training who will support your development with internal and external training, and your own dedicated training budget. The business does, however, ask that you have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC or Paid Social.
  • Experience across the range of Paid Media campaigns; creation, execution, analysis, and optimisation.
  • Account management experience is ideal.
  • Confident in working closely with clients.
  • Experience with biddable campaigns is ideal, but not essential.
  • An analytical mindset: With experience using data to make informed decisions and optimisations.
