About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, an award-winning agency based in Central London are looking for a Paid Media Director to take lead of their Paid Media team.

As the Paid Media Director, you will have the freedom to innovate the agencies Paid Media offerings to grow client accounts and win new business opportunities. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on a variety of ecommerce and fashion clients, as you are supported the Business Director.

Paid Media Director Role & Responsibilities 

As the agency’s newest Paid Media Director, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on Media campaigns with a focus on Paid Media (PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic) but also across OOH, Radio, and TV. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Work on a variety of campaigns across various client accounts, including PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, OOH, TV and VOD campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Business Director to grow client accounts and develop the agency’s PPC and Paid Media strategies.
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and Executives.
  • Deliver regular training and 121 developments, to support the growth of the Paid Media team.
  • Being heavily involved in new business pitches.
  • Upselling and cross selling, when possible, to grow client accounts.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations and filtering these down to the wider Paid Media team.

 

Your Skills & Experience

You will be supported to work how is best for you, as you receive the support necessary to lead the Paid Media team. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 3 plus years’ experience working on Paid Media accounts
  • Experience working on ecommerce brands and campaigns (desirable).
  • Experience across the breadth of social media and other marketing channels: Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Paid Search and Display.
  • Experience or exposure to alternative marketing channel such as Out of Home, TV (desirable)
  • Experience working towards performance goals and KPIs.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong numerical skills, including strong experience in using and creating Excel formula to analyse large data sets and find actionable insights.
  • A 2:1 in a relevant degree: Marketing, business etc.
