Job Title: Paid Media Client Director

Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days in-office per week)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

Role Overview

As the Paid Media Client Director, you’ll play a key role in managing high-profile accounts, including those in eCommerce and the property development sector. You will work with clients on campaigns across Paid Media (including PPC and Paid Social), programmatic, and other above-the-line channels, ensuring a focus on ROI and ROAS. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to upsell and grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee Paid Media campaigns, with a focus on performance-driven results.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and growing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic advice to clients.

 

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, including PPC and Paid Social (agency experience required).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce-focused campaigns, ROI, and ROAS metrics.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and growing client accounts.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
